• All sessions are done via Zoom. Currently in person readings are not yet available. Please provide a clear photo of your baby where their face and eyes are clearly visible before your scheduled session. As much as we love seeing your babies; your animal companion does not have to be there for the animal communication zoom sessions.

• Sessions are 30 minutes per pet. If you have more than one pet you would like me to communicate then please select an hour. Your animal companion(s) will direct how and where the readings go. Liz is the translator, helping facilitate a deeper dialog between you and your beloved pet.

• !! If you book an appointment and did not receive a confirmation email- Contact us immediately via the contact us form.

• !! Liz is an animal communicator and not a licensed veterinarian. While your animal companion may have things to share about how they’re feeling, Liz cannot diagnose, treat, or provide veterinary medical advice.

Liz does not offer sessions for lost or missing pets, as this is a specialized area outside the scope of her services. We understand how difficult and emotional it can be when a beloved animal is missing, and we encourage you to seek out a communicator who specializes in lost-pet cases.

🐾All sessions with Liz & Ripley Mediumship may be recorded for educational, promotional, and/or quality purposes. Portions of sessions may occasionally make their way onto our social media or other promotional platforms—because sometimes our animal friends have something too good not to share! 🐶🐾

If you do not wish for your session to be considered for social media, promotional, or educational use, please let Liz know before your session has ended.

By participating in a session, you acknowledge and understand that the session may be recorded and potentially used for these purposes.

🐾No shared or Split sessions will be permitted.

🐾To receive a full refund due to cancelation of your appointment please provide a notice of 24 hours.  No refunds will be issued for any cancellations that take place less than 24 hours before and your appointment is forfeited. No-show appointments for 5 minutes will also forfeit their appointment without a refund.
